Damper

Damper is a no-yeast australian campfire bread. It is easy to scale up and down.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Grease a baking sheet.
  2. Mix all the ingredients together, adding a half cup of water and a teaspoon salt.
  3. Knead the bread on a floured surface.
  4. Put the bread into the oven for 25 minutes, then lower the temprature to 175 degrees C for 5 to 10 minutes
