Ingredients
- 4 cups self-raising flour
- 1 tablespoon butter, softened.
- 1 cup milk
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Grease a baking sheet.
- Mix all the ingredients together, adding a half cup of water and a teaspoon salt.
- Knead the bread on a floured surface.
- Put the bread into the oven for 25 minutes, then lower the temprature to 175 degrees C for 5 to 10 minutes
