Ingredients
The quantities below are approximate and should be adjusted according to your taste.
- 8 g fresh ginger
- 10 cardamom seeds
- 1.5 cup milk
- 2 tablespoon black tea
Directions
- Peel off the ginger and cut it to small pieces.
- Crush ginger and cardamom seeds.
- Bring 1 l water to boiling.
- Turn off the stove.
- Add ginger, cardamom seeds, black tea and milk to the water and cover the pot.
- Wait 5-10 minutes for infusion.
- Serve with a teaspoon sugar per cup. You may want to sieve, or wait for the particles to precipitate to the bottom of the cups.
