Ingredients

The quantities below are approximate and should be adjusted according to your taste.

Directions

  1. Peel off the ginger and cut it to small pieces.
  2. Crush ginger and cardamom seeds.
  3. Bring 1 l water to boiling.
  4. Turn off the stove.
  5. Add ginger, cardamom seeds, black tea and milk to the water and cover the pot.
  6. Wait 5-10 minutes for infusion.
  7. Serve with a teaspoon sugar per cup. You may want to sieve, or wait for the particles to precipitate to the bottom of the cups.
