Directions

  1. Beat the eggs in a bowl.
  2. Heat broth to boiling.
  3. Pour the eggs in the broth without removing from the stovetop.
  4. Stir with a whip until eggs coagulate.
  5. Serve broth and eggs together.
  6. If you want, you may season the dish with some olive oil.

This dish is best accompanied with toasted bread.
